Usage Policy:

Bizzy Boxes contain small parts and not to be used for children under the age of 3

Bizzy Boxes colors and items may vary based on the pictures provided 

Shipping Policy:

Bizzy Boxes and Bizzy Minis are shipped within 5-7 days, but often sooner than that. If you need your Bizzy Box by a certain day, please email us at playncreatellc@gmail.com and we will work with you to get it to you in time! We offer Rush Shipping if needed. 

Refund Policy:

Our policy for refund is 15 days since your purchase. Unfortunately, if fifteen days has elapsed since you received your product, we can't offer you a refund or exchange. If it is a seasonal item, it will need to be returned less than 5 business days before the official holiday date. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused in the same condition that you received it and it also must be in the original packaging.  If items aren't in their original condition, are missing parts, or are damaged not on our error, a refund might not be granted.  

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the return shipping will be deducted from your refund.  

Please contact us first via email at playncreatellc@gmail.com if you have a return. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to let you know we have received your item and will notify you of the status of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be applied to the original method of payment.
